Terms of Use

Last updated: September 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Groupe Integro Inc. website at groupeintegro.com. They are written in plain language on purpose. They do not replace the written contract we sign with you for construction work — that contract governs the work itself.

1. Accepting these terms

By visiting this site, browsing its pages or sending us a form, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company or a building syndicate, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

These terms work together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

2. What this site is

Groupe Integro Inc. is a general contractor licensed in Quebec (RBQ 5736-7906-01), working on cement work, siding, roofing, landscaping and related construction and renovation projects.

This website is an information and contact tool. It lets you read about our services, look at photographs of completed work, and send us a message or a request for a quote. That is all it does. It is not a booking platform, it does not take payment, and sending a form does not create a contract or reserve a date in our schedule.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site normally and honestly. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • send false information, impersonate someone else, or submit a request in another person's name without their permission;
  • use the site or its forms to send advertising, chain messages or any unsolicited commercial content;
  • attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account you are not authorized to reach, or to get around a security measure such as the spam protection on our forms;
  • introduce a virus, malicious code or anything else designed to damage or disrupt the site;
  • use an automated tool to scrape, copy or harvest the site's content, images or contact details;
  • place an unreasonable load on the site, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
  • use the site for any purpose that is unlawful, or in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.

We may refuse or block access to anyone who does any of the above.

4. Who owns what

Everything on this site — the text, the layout, the logo, the Groupe Integro name, and the photographs of our projects — belongs to Groupe Integro Inc. or is used by us with permission. It is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may read the site, print a page, and share a link to it for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or adapt any part of it for commercial purposes, and you may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission first.

If you send us a photograph of your property with a request, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — assessing the work and preparing your quote. We will not publish a photograph of your property or your project in our gallery or our advertising without asking you first.

5. Quotes, prices and descriptions of work

Descriptions of services, project examples and any price indication on this site are given for general information. They are not an offer and they are not a quote.

A price from Groupe Integro is only binding when it is given to you in a written quote, signed or confirmed by us, for your specific project, after we have seen the site or the plans. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every description, photograph or detail is free of error or omission, and we may correct or change the content at any time.

6. Disclaimers and limits on our liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not promise the information on it is complete or suitable for any particular decision you are making. Nothing on this site is professional engineering, architectural, legal or financial advice — for your project, speak with us or with the appropriate professional.

To the extent the law allows, Groupe Integro Inc. is not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of this site — for example lost profit, lost business opportunity or loss of data.

This section does not reduce your rights as a consumer. Nothing in these terms sets aside or limits any right, warranty or remedy you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Code of Québec, or any other law that cannot be contracted out of — including the legal warranty of quality on the work we perform and any warranty under the Régie du bâtiment du Québec guarantee plan. We also do not exclude liability for bodily injury or for our own intentional or gross fault. If a court finds any part of this section unenforceable, the rest still applies.

7. Indemnification

If you use this site in breach of these terms or of the law and that causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages we incur as a result, including reasonable legal fees. This applies only to the extent the claim arises from your own fault, and it does not apply where we are at fault. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it without consulting you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site — for everyone or for a particular person — without notice, if we reasonably believe it is being misused as described in section 3, if it is necessary for security or maintenance, or if the law requires it. We may also change, restrict or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

You can stop using the site whenever you wish. Sections about intellectual property, liability, indemnification and governing law continue to apply after you stop.

Ending your use of the site does not end any construction contract between us. A contract for work is ended only under the terms written in it and under Quebec law.

9. Governing law and resolving a dispute

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@groupeintegro.com or (514) 245-1943 — most problems are settled with a conversation. If we cannot resolve it together, we are willing to try mediation before going further.

Any dispute that is not resolved that way falls to the courts of the Province of Quebec, in the judicial district of Montreal. If you are a consumer, this does not take away your right to bring your case where the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code of Québec entitles you to bring it, including before the Small Claims Division.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. When we do, we post the new version on this page and change the date below, so the current terms are always the ones you see here. Where a change is significant, we will flag it clearly on the site for a reasonable period. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes are not retroactive — the version in force on the day you used the site is the one that applies to that use.
